Power Pancakes
Ingredients
1 cup Dry Oatmeal
1 Scoop Whey Protein
8 egg Whites
2 whole Eggs
Cinnamon
4-6 Sweet 'n Low
Preparation
Spray Medium Size Skillet with PAM
Heat Skillet to Medium
Blend All Ingredients until smooth
Pour mixture into Skillet
When cooked through, flip over for another 30 seconds
