You are too young to be starting heavy intense bodybuilding.

Bodyweight exercises should be sufficient until you are done growing...

Try Pull-ups, Push-ups, Dips, Crunches, Sprints to develop your natural athletic ability.

Here's a routine:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

5 sets of pull-ups (as many as you can)

5 sets of push-ups (as many as you can)

5 sets of Dips (as many as you can)

5 sets of Crunches (50-100 reps)

5 110yard sprints
